The performance program continues to refine our athletes' technical skills and gives them the ability to adapt to training and race environments

We focus on optimizing fitness preparation for each athlete using a combination of individualized and specialized triathlon programming, mental preparation, fitness, and recovery

Safety
first

Sessions are supervised by professional coaches that ensure a safe learning environment teaching the fundamentals of swimming, bike riding, and running

Term
based

With options for one-a-week and twice-a-week training sessions, the term runs for 12-week and covers swimming, riding a bike, and running

Open
assessments

With free assessment to determine your child's fitness and tri-readiness, our experienced coaches will put them in the correct category for their skill level and ensure they develop and progress safely and appropriately

60-minute
lessons

By the end of the term, your child will have the confidence to compete in a 750m swim, 20km ride, and 5km run
