Advanced skills for race performance

The competitive program consolidates sport-specific technical skills with an increased emphasis on support training to develop speed, strength, and endurance

Athletes learn about race preparation, mental conditioning, and emotional considerations and are introduced to team-building, group interaction, and social activities


Sessions are supervised by professional coaches that ensure a safe learning environment teaching the fundamentals of swimming, bike riding, and running


With options for one-a-week and twice-a-week training sessions, the term runs for 12-week and covers swimming, riding a bike, and running


With free assessment to determine your child's fitness and tri-readiness, our experienced coaches will put them in the correct category for their skill level and ensure they develop and progress safely and appropriately


By the end of the term, your child will have the confidence to compete in a 400m swim, 10km ride, and 3km run
