For the last 10 years I have experienced working in the Middle East as a fully qualified personal trainer, and a group exercise leader delivering both freestyle and Les Mills classes.

My fitness career has allowed me to further develop both my knowledge and understanding of the health and fitness industry. This has resulted in a positive impact in terms of how to manage my business effectively, which has given me the confidence to build a very successful client base both in Kuwait and UAE.

I’m very passionate about my job because I enjoy helping my clients achieve their personal fitness goals. The workouts planned are specifically designed to meet the needs of each client, these are also monitored regularly to ensure that optimal results are accomplished. I’m a reliable and consistent person, who loves to motivate and encourage people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, reinforcing that a positive mindset toward their fitness journey is the key element.
